Why Tweak It?
My family and I have been tweaking recipes for as long as I can remember. Changing ingredients in a recipe, taking something out, adding a new twist, or changing an amount helps modernize old favorites, allows diet restricted guests to join in, and can make recipes healthier! This blog is meant to give you not only a recipe, but also give you a number of tweaks to go along with it so you can tweak the dish to your liking. We also hope to encourage you to change it up, add it in, and take it out! Here's to becoming creative in the kitchen!
